Stencils We produce several different types of stencils at Irsco. Custom stencils in oilboard, mylar, polystyrene, brass, magnetic and flexible polymer stencils for contoured surfaces. Oilboard stencils are for light duty usage on flat surfaces.
Mylar stencils are produced for medium duty use on flat surfaces. Mylar is flexible and easy to position even on round objects like cans and barrels. The mylar can be cleaned for multiple uses.
Polystyrene stencils are rigid, ideal for flat surfaces. They are medium duty and can be cleaned for multiple uses also.
Brass stencils are for heavy usage. They are ideal for flat surfaces but can be formed for curved surfaces. The most durable of all the stencils, cleaning and reuse can be done for several years.
Magnetic stencils are specifically made for trash cans , metal doors & walls. The stencil can be placed on the metal surface which gives a hi-bond clean imprint. Magnetic stencils are medium duty and can be cleaned.
Polymer stencils are light duty stencils specifically made for concave, convex or multiple contoured surfaces. Developed for the navy for use on missiles and aircraft that need markings for extreme conditions where decals & stickers are not durable enough. Perfect also for boats and airplanes.
Stencil Sets: We stock various sizes of brass interlocking stencil sets and oilboard stencil sets. We also have four sizes of wheelchair stencils available (18", 24", 36" & 48" tall). Custom sizes available.
Seals and Embossers Hand seals & embossers are great for light duty applications. Notary Public Seals, Registered Architect Seals, Professional Engineer Seals, Corporate Seals work perfectly in hand embossers. Return address, library and religious seals also are handy for hand embossers. The soft grip helps take the sting out of multiple uses.
Long Reach seals are for more frequently used applications, for intricate designs and logos.
Classic Desk Seals are ideal for all applications and their styling make them a great gift.
Wax seals finish off your document or close your letter with a classic look of sophistication. Initials, logos or any copy can be placed on a wax seal.
Electric seals are for extreme duty usage. Built for repeated heavy usage makes this ideal in courthouses and governmental offices that require frequent embossings.
